Civil Site Development
- Reno Engineering has prepared site development plans for more than 50 percent of the owners at both the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center and the South Meadows Business Park.
Our diverse staff understands the business of site development. Our principal has developed numerous projects in the Reno and Northern Nevada markets and has extensive experience in the most efficient method to complete a project. The fact that we also develop projects has given us an understanding of the process and allows us to relate to our development clients. Our principal, also carries a B-2 commercial building license which makes him educated on the way things are built. Although we seldom build for clients we think the experience gained by being hands on in building projects in the past allows us to understand our clients needs better than a traditional engineering firm.
These projects, located close to home, include shopping centers and mixed-use developments; office and industrial parks; recreational parks and trails and hospitality. Since we stick close to home we have established a great working knowledge of local codes and regulations and most importantly relationships with review staff & departments.
We provide our services to real estate brokers, developers, architects, planners, industrial professionals and contractors. Our local expertise allows us to work as consultants and master planners in the pre-development phases; engineers and technical advisors during the site development and permitting phases and as your representative during construction.
